[SEC. 1.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, directed to $13 33 1-3 per place the name of Peter L. Allen, on the invalid pension roll, January, 1886. and that he be paid at the rate of thirteen dollars and thirtythree cents and one-third per month, being the one-third of a captain's pay, to commence on the first of January, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-six. [SEC. 1.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, directed to place $20 per annom, the name of Thaddeus Potter, on the revolutionary pension roll, 1831. and allow him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per year, to commence on the fourth day of March, in the year one thousand eight hundred and thirty-one, and to continue during his life. [SEC. 1.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, $30 per annum, That the Secretary of War be directed to place upon the roll of from 4th March, revolutionary pensioners, the name of William Foxworthy, of Kentucky, and that he be paid the sum of thirty dollars per annum, from the fourth day of March, A. [SEC. 1.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, and he hereby is, authorized, $15 per month, empowered, and directed to place the name of Ephraim F. Gilfrom 1st January, bert, late a captain in the army of the United States, on the roll of invalid pensioners of the United States, at and after the rate of fifteen dollars per month, commencing on the first of January, eighteen hundred and thirty-three, and to pay him from that time, at that rate, during his natural life.

[SEC. 1.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That there be paid, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Charles Blake, of Northfield, in the State of $15 per month Massachusetts, formerly a surgeon's mate in the navy of the United States, a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars a month, to commence on the first day of January, eighteen hundred and thirty-four, and to continue during his natural life.
