*The cost of the road is made up of $1,127,000.00 expended in reorganization and rebuilding the road and purchasing new equipment, and $2,000,000.00 in income bonds, and $500,000 in stock issued in accordance with the agreement with the owners of the old securities, under which the road was purchased, reorganized and reconstructed."
