GROUP 2.-PIGMENTS, PAINTS, DYES, AND VARNISHES. Pigments, paints, 58. Mineral pigments of common; natural occurrence (including

ochers, haemitites, barytes, and manganese), substances prepared for calcimines and whitewash, any of the foregoing when dry, ten per centum ad valorem.

Any substance otherwise subject to classification under this paragraph shall, when imported in the form of a liquid or paste,
