1-5-25 PUBLISHER'S NOTE This volume has been prepared primarily to supplement Wolff's Annotated Louisiana Statutes by furnishing in a convenient and compact form the New Constitution completely annotated. The New Constitution of Louisiana adopted June 18th, 1921, is given herewith in a verbatim reprint. Every effort has been made to make the Annotations appended to its sections, pertinent, complete, thorough and exhaustive, and every source has been investigated to insure this result. It is submitted to the Bench and Bar of Louisiana with the belief that the Annotations will greatly aid in the interpretation and construction of the provision of the new basic law. |
