The Assembly bill (No. 874, Rec. No. 585) entitled "An act to provide a retirement fund for teachers in State institutions," having been announced for third reading, Mr. Hill moved that said bill be recommitted to the committee on finance, with instructions to said committee to report the same forthwith, amended as follows:
