"An act to amend chapter 368 of the Laws of 1884, entitled 'An act to regulate the manner of contracting, auditing and paying certain charges against the county of Albany,' relative to salaries of supervisors." (No. 100, Int. No. 100.)

"An act to amend section 791 of the Code of Civil Procedure relative to actions by receivers." (No. 110, Int. No. 110.)

"An act to authorize the city of Mount Vernon to issue bonds for the purpose of refunding bonds falling due on or before February 1, 1907, and for which no provision has been made in the sinking fund." (No. 120, Int. No. 120.)

Mr. Wilcox, from the committee on railroads, to which was referred the bill introduced by Mr. Burr, Int. No. 111, entitled "An act to prevent the location, construction, maintenance and operation of a street surface railroad or railroad of any kind in or upon Beach lane at Westhampton beach, in the town of Southampton, in Suffolk county" (No. 111), reported in favor of the passage of the same with some amendments, which report was agreed to and said bill committed to the committee of the whole. The President presented the report of the Court of Claims, which was laid upon the table and ordered printed.

Mr. Malby moved that the committee of the whole be discharged from the further consideration of Senate bill No. 86, entitled "An act making appropriations to the State Commissioner of Excise for the payment of refunds on surrender of liquor tax certificates." (Int. No. 86.)

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to said motion, and it was decided in the affirmative.

On motion of Mr. Malby, and by unanimous consent, the rules were suspended and said bill ordered to a third reading.

Said bill was then read the third time.

Mr. White moved that the committee of the whole be discharged from the further consideration of Senate bill No. 178, entitled "An act to amend chapter 105 of the Laws of 1891, entitled 'An act to revise the charter of the city of Buffalo,' relating to the exemption from taxation of all bonds issued by said city" (Int. No. 55), and that the same be recommitted to the committee on affairs of cities.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to said motion, and it was decided in the affirmative.

Mr. Page moved that the committee on affairs of cities be discharged from the consideration of Senate bill No. 117, entitled "An act in relation to the office of commissioner of jurors in the county of New York" (Int. No. 117), and that said bill be amended, reprinted and recommitted to the committee on affairs of cities. The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to said motion, and it was decided in the affirmative.

Mr. Malby moved that the committee on finance be discharged from the consideration of Senate bill No. 153, entitled “An act to provide for acquiring the land known as the Watkins Glen, in Schuyler county, and making an appropriation therefor" (Int. No. 138), and that said bill be amended, reprinted and recommitted to the committee on finance.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to said motion, and it was decided in the affirmative.

Mr. Gardner moved that the committee on affairs of cities be discharged from the consideration of Senate bill No. 113, entitled "An act to amend chapter 706 of the Laws of 1901, entitled 'An act to make the office of register of the county of Kings a salaried office and regulating the management of said office,' as amended by chapter 699 of the Laws of 1904, relating to additional assistants, clerks, employees, or subordinates in said office and fixing salaries of assistants, clerks, employees, or subordinates in said office" (Int. No. 113), and that said bill be amended, reprinted and recommitted to the committee on affairs of cities.
