AMENDMENTS TO GENERAL RAILROAD ACT.

An act to amend an act passed April 19, 1871 (chap. 560, Laws of 1871), "An act to amend an act entitled 'An act to authorize the formation of railroad corporations, and to regulate the same,'" passed April 2, 1850 (chap. 140, Laws of 1850); chap. 81, Laws of 1872.

An act extending the provisions of certain laws (chap. 907, Laws of 1869, and chap, 507, Lawɛ of 1870), permitting municipal corporations to aid in the construction of railroads to the village of Middleport, county of Niagara; chap. 307, Laws of 1872.

An act to amend an act entitled "An act to authorize the formation of railroad corporations, and regulate the same," passed April 2, 1850 (chap. 140, Laws of 1850); chap. 350, Laws of 1872.

An act extending the provisions of certain laws (chap. 907, Laws of 1869, and chap. 507, Laws of 1870), permitting municipal corporations to aid in the construction of railroads to the county of Erie; chap. 516, Laws of 1872.

An act to authorize the Adirondack Company to construct and operate a branch of its railroad from its main line to the north bounds of this State; chap. 864, Laws of 1872.

ASTORIA AND HUNTER'S POINT RAILROAD COMPANY.

An act to enable the Astoria and Hunter's Point Railroad Company to extend their road; chap. 789, Laws of 1872.

An act to amend an act entitled “An act to authorize the construction of a street railroad in the city of Auburn, and from thence to the Owasco lake," passed April 15, 1871; chap. 292, Laws of 1872.

An act to authorize the construction of a street railroad from the city of Auburn to Willow Brook, in the town of Owasco; chap. 716, Laws of 1872.

BINGHAMTON AND PORT DICKINSON RAILROAD COMPANY.

An act to amend an act entitled "An act to incorporate the Binghamton and Port Dickinson Railroad Company"; chap. 830, Laws of 1872.

BLACK RIVER AND MORRISTOWN RAILROAD COMPANY.

An act to legalize and confirm the acts of the railroad commissioners of the town of Morristown in issuing and delivering the bonds of said town in aid of the Black River and Morristown Railroad; chap. 856, Laws of 1872.

BROOKLYN CROSSTOWN RAILROAD COMPANY.

An act to change the name of the Brooklyn City, Hunter's Point and Prospect Park Railroad Company, to the Brooklyn Crosstown Railroad Company; chap. 453, Laws of 1872.

BROOKLYN CITY AND NEWTOWN RAILROAD COMPANY.

An act in relation to the Brooklyn City and Newtown Railroad

Company; to extend and lay double track, etc.; chap. 165, Laws of 1872.

An act to authorize the Brooklyn City Railroad Company to extend their road along Putnam and Nostrand avenues and Halsey street, to Broadway, in the city of Brooklyn; chap. 171, Laws of 1872.

BROOKLYN, WINFIELD AND NEWTOWN RAILROAD COMPANY.

An act requiring the Brooklyn, Winfield and Newtown Railway Company to close a portion of its road, and granting additional privileges to said Company; chap. 705, Laws of 1872.

BUFFALO STREET RAILROAD COMPANY.

An act empowering the Buffalo Street Railroad Company to make certain advances to and contracts with the Buffalo East Side Street Railway Company; chap. 474, Laws of 1872.

BUFFALO EAST SIDE STREET RAILWAY COMPANY.

An act to amend an act entitled "An act to incorporate the Buffalo East Side Street Railway Company," passed May 10, 1870; chap. 370, Laws of 1872.

BUFFALO, CORRY AND PITTSBURGH RAILROAD COMPANY.

An act to authorize the towns of Portland, Chautauqua, Sherman, Clymer or adjoining towns in the county of Chautauqua, to issue bonds in aid of the Buffalo, Corry and Pittsburgh Railroad Company, and to take the bonds of said Company therefor; chap. 876, Laws of 1872.

An act to extend the time for beginning the construction of the road of the Cattaraugus Railway Company; chap. 87, Laws of 1872.

CAZENOVIA AND DE RUYTER RAILROAD COMPANY.

An act to authorize the Cazenovia and De Ruyter Railroad Company to take increased fare on their road; chap. 122, Laws of 1872.

CHEMUNG RAILROAD COMPANY.

An act in relation to the Chemung Railroad Company; to extend its route in such a manner as to form a perfect connection with the Northern Central Railroad at or near Elmira, upon filing maps, etc.; chap. 241, Laws of 1872.

CONEY ISLAND AND BROOKLYN RAILROAD COMPANY.

An act for the relief of the Coney Island and Brooklyn Railroad Company; chap. 365, Laws of 1872.

EDINBURGH TOWN.

An act to encourage and facilitate the construction of a railroad from the town of Edinburgh, Saratoga county, to the Mohawk Valley, and the preparation of the natural products of the soil for market; chap. 875, Laws of 1872.

ERIE RAILWAY COMPANY.

An act relating to the Erie Railway Company, repealing chapter nine hundred and sixteen of the laws of eighteen hundred and sixtynine, so far as relates to the classification of directors of the Erie Railway Company, and the prolongation thereby of their term of office, and vacating the offices of directors of said company held thereunder, and ordering a new election for a full board of directors of said company, and providing regulations relating to the election of directors of said company, and the transfer of its stock; chap. 117, Laws of 1872.

ERIE AND NEW YORK CITY RAILROAD COMPANY.

An act to extend the time for the completion of the Erie and New York City Railroad; chap. 163, Laws of 1872.

GILBERT ELEVATED RAILWAY COMPANY.
