and maintenance of the Oswego canal during the construction of the Barge canal in the years nineteen hundred and twelve and nineteen hundred and thirteen, and to render judgment therefor," and that the said bill be amended, reprinted and recommitted to the committee on the judiciary.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to said motion, and it was decided in the affirmative.

Mr. Wiswall moved that the committee on finance be discharged from the consideration of Senate bill (No. 1496, Int. No. 1244) entitled "An act to amend the Executive Law, in relation to the publication at Albany of certain public notices," and that the said bill be committed to the committee on the judiciary.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to said motion, and it was decided in the affirmative.
