No. 269) entitled "An act to legalize, ratify and confirm all of the acts and proceedings of the union free school district number five, town of Portville, in the county of Cattaraugus, its qualified electors, board of education, officers and agents in relation to the borrowing of money and the issuance and sale of bonds of said union.free school district for the purpose of raising money to defray the costs and expenses of building and fully equipping an addition to the present high school building in the village of Portville, New York, including plumbing, heating and lighting system and furniture, as authorized by a special meeting of the qualified electors of said school district, held February twenty-first, nineteen hundred and twentytwo, and to provide for the issuance, sale and payment of such bonds," was read the third time.
