Roe, of the village of Canisteo, New York, against the State, for damages alleged to have been sustained by him, on or about the twenty-second day of March, nineteen hundred and nineteen, through the alleged negligence of the State, its agents and employees on the State highway known as route fifteen, and to render judgment therefor," was read the third time.
