It being shown that other lot owners in the plan had by mistake built beyond the general building line to within 20 feet of the street instead of 30 feet, without ob- jection the defendant was only restrained to the same line as the others.......... One being unpaid, at his death an ancillary administrator was appointed to collect and satisfy it.
