Held, that it was not entitled to interest or premium exceeding six per cent..... BUILDING RESTRICTIONS. A deed was made upon condition that the grantee should not build beyond a certain line. Held, on bill in equity filed by the grantor and other owners in the same plan, that the grantee should be restrained from building contrary to the deed. It being shown that other lot owners in the plan had by mistake built beyond the general building line to within 20 feet of the street instead of 30 feet, without ob- jection the defendant was only restrained to the same line as the others.

Prior to his death he sold land in this county, taking purchase money mortgages. One being unpaid, at his death an ancillary administrator was appointed to collect and satisfy it.
