Sec. 3. That this tax shall be known as the "Fire Tax," and shall be paid by the county treasurer to the treasurer of the Helena fire department. Sec. 4. NOTE FROM THE SECRETARY.-The foregoing act having been presented to the governor of the territory for his approval, was, on the 17th day of January, 1874, returned to the council, in which it originated, without his approval and with his objections thereto; the objections were entered at large upon the journal of the council. The vote by which the bill was passed was then reconsidered, and on the question "Shall this bill pass, the objections of the governor to the contrary notwithstanding?" it was passed by a two-thirds vote of the council.

The act was then immediately sent to the house of representatives, together with the objections of the governor; the vote by which the act was passed by the house was then reconsidered, and upon the question, "Shall this bill pass, the objections of the governor to the contrary notwithstanding?" it was also passed by a two-thirds vote of the house.
