The General Court of 1867 assembled on Wednesday, the third day of January, and was prorogued on Saturday, the first day of June. The oaths of office required by the Constitution to be administered to the Governor and Lieutenant-Governor elect, were taken and subscribed by His Excellency ALEXANDER H. BULLOCK and His Honor WILLIAM CLAFLIN, on Friday, the fourth day of January, in presence of the two Houses assembled in convention. URONE Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives, in General Court Chap. 1. penalty for fail SECTION 1. The operation of the fifty-ninth section of the Suspension of fifty-seventh chapter of the General Statutes, is hereby sus- ure of specie repended until the first day of February, in the year eighteen depinde hundred and sixty-eight.
