No. 204) entitled "An act conferring jurisdiction upon the Court of Claims to hear, audit and determine the claims of cities, towns and villages by reason of incurring expenses in repairing and maintaining highway bridges over canals and canalized waters, making such expenses a claim against the state and allowing the court to render judgment therefor,' was read the third time.
