The Senate bill (No. 1622, Int. No. 1405) entitled "An act to amend the Election Law, in relation to State committees,' was read the third time.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to the final passage of said bill, the same having been printed and upon the desks of the members in its final form for three calendar legislative days, and it was decided in the affirmative, a majority of all the Senators elected voting in favor thereof, and three-fifths being present as follows:

The Senate bill (No. 1259, Int. No. 1161) entitled "An act to amend the General Business Law, in relation to the regulation of the manufacture, purchase, lease, use, sale or similar disposition of motion picture film of a nitro-cellulose or similarly hazardous base and removing existing restrictions on the manufacture, purchase, lease, use, sale or similar disposition of motion picture film of an acetate of cellulose or similarly non-hazardous base," was read the third time.

Reed, Lucy Reed and William Hilbig certain lands in the borough of Brooklyn, county of Kings, city and State of New York, escheated to the State upon the death without heirs of one Alicia Laura Reed Case, late of the borough of Brooklyn and city of New York," was read the third time.
