1JUDGE TERRAL died March 21, 1903, and HON. JAMES H. PRICE was appointed to fill the vacancy March 23, 1903, after the beginning of the March, 1903, term of the court. JUDGE PRICE resigned August, 1903, and HON. JEFF TRULY was appointed to fill the vacancy thus caused.

2 Attorney-General MONROE MCCLURG resigned February 4, 1903, and WILLIAM WILLIAMS was appointed to fill the vacancy on the same day, and JAMES N. FLOWERS was then appointed Assistant Attorney-General.

3 EDWARD W. BROWN, Clerk, died September 19, 1903, and GEORGE C. MYERS was appointed to fill the vacancy September 22, 1903.

JUDGE POWELL resigned September 6, 1903, and HoN. David M. MILLER was on that day appointed to the place.
