For the acquisition of square three hundred and twenty-four, in the city of Washington, and District of Columbia, as a site for an addition 324. to the Post-Office building, in accordance with the provisions of the act of Congress approved March third, nineteen hundred and three, four hundred thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary.
