No. 515) entitled "An act to create a commission to investigate defects in the Law of Estates and to recommend legislation in order to modernize and simplify the statutes relating thereto, and making an appropriation for the expenses of such commission," was read the third time.

the Laws of nineteen hundred and twenty-five, entitled 'An act to authorize the board of education of union free school district number six of the towns of Babylon, Suffolk county, and Oyster Bay, Nassau county, and the village of Amityville, Suffolk county, to acquire all of the old cemetery known as the Amityville cemetery, in the village of Amityville, Suffolk county, adjoining property of such district now used for school purposes, and to provide for the removal of remains in such cemetery and the reinterment thereof,' generally," was read the third time.
