Sanchez for lands described as sections 33 and 34, town- lands in Florida conship 6 south, range 18 east, and as section 5, township 7 south, range owners of title thereto, 18 east, Tallahassee meridian, Florida, embracing four thousand etc. acres as shown on plats of survey approved May 27, 1841, contained in report numbered 2 as claim numbered 25, of the commissioners of the district of east Florida (American State Papers, Duff Green edition, vol. 3, p. 643), communicated to Congress by the Treasury Department, May 20, 1824, be, and the same is hereby, approved and confirmed to the equitable owners of the equitable title thereto and to their respective heirs and assigns forever: Provided, That this Proviso. Act shall amount only to a relinquishment of any title that the title relinquished.
