Add to section 1 the following:

"Excepting therefrom the lands of G. B. Brewster, lying west of the west line of the highway known as the plank road.'

Add at the end of section 1 the following:

"And no devise or bequest thereto shall be valid in any will which shall not have been made and executed at least two months before the death of the testator."
