Mr. Kiernan called for the consideration of the concurrent resolution heretofore offered by him in the words following:

Resolved (if the Assembly concur), That when the Legislature adjourn on Thursday, it be to meet on Monday evening, April 14, at 8 o'clock. The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to said resolution, and it was decided in the negative, as follows :

On motion of Mr. Murphy, the same was amended as follows: Section 1, line 4, after name of "James M. Oakley," insert the names of "Leon Harvier and Bernard O'Neil."

Said bill, as amended, was then read the third time.
