A message was received from the Assembly in the words following: IN ASSEMBLY, May 8, 1884.

Pursuant to a concurrent resolution of the Senate and Assembly, the Governor returned the bill entitled "An act to amend chapter 519 of the Laws of 1870, entitled 'An act to revise the charter of the city of Buffalo.""

The vote upon the final passage of the said bill having been reconsidered, on motion of Mr. Clinton, and by unanimous consent, it was, Resolved (if the Senate concur), That said bill be returned to the Governor without amendment.

Ordered, That the Clerk deliver said resolution to the Senate, and request their concurrence therein.
