AN ACT concerning Clerks of County Commissioners. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives, in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: Chap. 1. SECTION 1. The clerks of the supreme judicial court and Clerks of County court of common pleas, shall hereafter be clerks of the county commissioners, for their respective counties. SECTION 2.
