White, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine: And provided further, That in the event of the death of Sarah J. White, the name of said Minnie Ethel White shall be placed on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the date of death of said Sarah J. White.
