Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon honorably rected." discharged soldiers, Ferdinand Tobe, who was a private of Company A, Fifty-eighth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of said company and regiment on the thirtieth day of June, eighteen hundred and sixty-three: Provided, That no pay, bounty, pension, or other No prior pension, etc. emolument shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
