Amendment to Schedule of Fees Taxable as Costs 1'

July 15, 1913. of initials “Q" and "A" for “Question" and Ordered, that the paragraph of the Sched- "Answer,”) together with compensation to ule of Fees as printed at the top of page the clerks for preparing manuscripts for 537 of the 103d Maine Reports (70 Atl. xiii) the printer when necessary, and for correctbe amended so as to read as follows:

Transcript of cases made by the official ing proof and certifying, at the rate of ten stenographer and printed copies, certified by two hundred and forty words each. If a

cents per printed page, for pages averaging the clerks of the law court may be taxed for in the bill of costs at the rate actually party prints his own case, there may be paid to the stenographers for transcripts, taxed, also, compensation paid to the clerk not exceeding the rate established by statute, for copies for the printer of writs, pleadings and at the rate actually paid to the printers and exhibits which are in his official custody, for the printing, not exceeding, however, but not of the transcript of the testimony. ninety cents per page for pages averaging
