Rules and Regulations

1-A book may be retained two weeks.

2-Five cents fine for each day retained over two weeks.

3-Books defaced, lost or damaged, must be replaced or paid for.

4 No person shall be entitled to two books from the Library at the same time, nor shall any member loan a book to any one out of his own house, under a penalty of fifty cents for each offense.

THE LIBRARIAN IS INSTRUCTED TO SEE THAT THE FOREGOING RULES ARE RIGOROUSLY ENFORCED
