Appointment of Central Board of Conciliation and Arbitration of Durango, Mexico 1 UND 1 NDER the authority of article 100 of the regulations of the labor law of the State of Durango, Mexico, the governor of the State, on June 1, 1924, appointed a central board of conciliation and arbitration. The board consists of five members and five alternates representing the employers' interests; five members and five alternates representing the workers' interests, and a representative of the Government.
