Publication of the two weekly bulletins of the Bureau was suspended several months ago, the thought being that the Bureau's publicity should be conducted as a definite part of a constructive program. Following this number two extras" will be issued in January-one being an "Analysis of New York's Two Hundred Million Dollar Budget for 1915," and the other a discussion of "a state budget." The February regular issue and an extra will have for their subject"The City as Employer." The March issue will deal with "The City as Purchaser." Other numbers will be announced later. 46 The attitude of the trustees toward those holding office as well as toward the public has been set forth in a leaflet "The Citizen and the Government," which is reprinted in this issue. |
