An Act to amend Section 1 of Chapter 18 of the Revised Statutes of
Rev. Code, the State of Delaware. SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represen- Sec. 1, Chap. tatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met, That Section 1 of Chapter 18 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Delaware be and the same is hereby amended by striking out all after the word “at,” in the fortieth line, to [the] word“ in” in the forty-first line of said section, and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "some convenient place in the village of Roxana to be designated be [by] the inspector for the time being of Baltimore hundred.”
