AN ACT making partial appropriations.

SEC. 1. Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That the Auditor of public accounts be, and he is hereby required to draw his warrant on the Treasury for the sum of one hundred dollars to each member of this General Assembly, and a like warrant to the Speaker of each House, the Secretary of the Senate, and the Clerk of the House of Representatives and Assistant Clerks of each House, to each of the Engrossing and Enrolling Clerks and Door Keepers of both Houses.

AN ACT making appropriations for the years 1835 & 1836. In force Feb.

13, 1835.

SEC. 1. Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That the sum of eight Contingent thousand dollars be, and the same is hereby appropriated as fund. a contingent fund, to meet the contingent expenses for the years 1835 and 1836. The said fund shall be subject to the order of the Governor, in defraying such expenses as are unforeseen by the General Assembly or not otherwise provided for by law, a statement of which shall be laid before the next General Assembly of this State by the Auditor in his biennial report.

SEC. 2. The sum of one thousand five hundred dollars Incidental exis hereby appropriated to defray the expenses incident to penses of Penithe Penitentiary, for the years 1835 and 1836. Said fund tentiary. shall be subject to the order of the Inspectors of said Penitentiary, a detailed statement of which shall be laid before the next General Assembly of this State, showing the manner in which the same may have been expended.
