Wools, hair of the camel, goat, alpaca, and other like animals, and manufactures of-Continued.

Webbings, gorings, suspenders, braces, bandings, beltings, bindings, braids, galloons, edgings, insertings, flouncings, fringes, gimps, cords, cords and tassels, laces and other trimmings and articles made wholly or in part of lace, embroideries and articles embroidered by hand or machinery, head nets, netting, buttons or barrel buttons or buttons of other forms for tassels or ornaments, and manufactures of wool ornamented with beads or spangles of whatever material composed, any of the foregoing made of wool or of which wool is a component material, whether composed in part of india rubber or otherwise, fifty cents per pound and sixty per centum ad valorem. Provided, That if any country or dependency
shall impose an export duty upon pulp wood exported to the United States, there shall be imposed upon printing paper when imported from such country or dependency, an additional duty of one-tenth of 1 cent per pound for each dollar of export duty per cord so imposed, and proportionately for fractions of a dollar of such export duty. Paper, albumenized or sensitized.. Papers known commercially as copying paper, filtering paper, silver paper, and all tissue paper, white or colored, made up in copying books, reams, or in any other form. Papers known commercially as copying paper, stereotype paper, Japanese tissue paper, pottery paper, and all other thin papers, white, printed, or colored:
Weighing not over 6 pounds to a standard ream of 480 sheets, on a basis of 20 by 30 inches, made up in reams or any other form. Weighing over 6 pounds and not exceeding 10 pounds to the standard ream of 20 by 30, and lettter copying books, whether wholly or partially manufactured..
Crepe paper weighing not less than 6 pounds and not exceeding 10 pounds to the standard ream of 480 sheets, on a basis of 15 by 20 inches..
Parchment papers and surface-coated papers, and manufactures of, cardboards, and photograph, autograph, and scrap albums, wholly or partially manufactured..
