ALLEN on Thursday, the sixth day of January, in the presence of the two Houses assembled in convention. ACTS. AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF GLOUCESTER TO BORROW Chap. 1 AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR SEWERAGE PUR POSES. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: Gloucester may borrow amount of Sewerage Loan, SECTION 1. Indebtedness incurred under this act shall be in excess of the statutory limit, but shall, except as provided herein, be subject to chapter forty-four of the General Laws, including the proviso inserted in section seven of said chapter by chapter three hundred and thirty-eight of the acts of nineteen hundred and twenty-three.
