Mr. Feeter, from the committee on internal affairs of towns and counties, to which was referred the Assembly bill introduced by Mr. Doughty (Rec. No. 682) entitled "An act to amend chapter 568 of the Laws of 1890, known as the Highway Law, in relation to abandoned highways and public rights of way" (No. 2326), reported in favor of the passage of the same, which report was agreed to, and said bill restored to its place on the order of third reading.

The Assembly returned the bill (No. 911, Senate reprint No. 1016) entitled "An act to reappropriate certain unexpended balances of former appropriations" (Rec. No. 105), with a message that they have concurred in the amendments of the Senate thereto.

Ordered, That the Clerk return said bill to the Assembly.
