The Assembly bill (No. 191) entitled "An act to legalize the special election of the village of Montour Falls, held for the purpose of voting upon the question of the adoption of a system of water works, and to authorize such village to issue bonds pursuant to a proposition adopted thereat" (Rec. No. 25), was read the third time.
