Ordered, That the Clerk deliver said bill to the Senate and request their concurrence therein.

The bill (No. 1366, Int. No. 408) entitled "An act to amend the Conservation Law, in relation to the destruction of illegal nets," was read the third time, having been printed and upon the desks of the members in its final form at least three calendar legislative days prior to its final passage.

Mr. Speaker put the question whether the House would agree to the final passage of said bill, and it was determined in the affirmative, a majority of all the members elected to the Assembly voting in favor thereof, and three-fifths being present.

The bill (No. 621, Int. No. 608) entitled "An act to amend the Public Lands Law, in relation to publication of notices of sale of the unappropriated state lands," having announced for a third reading,

On motion of Mr. McGinnies, and by unanimous consent, said bill was ordered placed on the third reading calendar for Wednesday next.

By unanimous consent, Mr. Sackett offered for the consideration of the House, a resolution in the words following:

Resolved, That the committee on internal affairs be discharged from the further consideration of Senate bill (No. 819, Rec. No. 159) entitled "An act to amend the County Law, in relation to the salary of the county judge of Ontario county."

Mr. Speaker put the question whether the House would agree to said resolution, and it was determined in the affirmative.

On motion of Mr. Sackett, and by unanimous consent, said bill was read the second time and ordered to a third reading.

The bill (No. 1146, Int. No. 1083) entitled "An act to amend chapter five hundred and forty-one of the Laws of nineteen hundred and sixteen, entitled 'An act relating to the preparation of assessment-rolls for the townships and tax districts therein, in the county of Nassau, and the collection of taxes in such towns and tax districts, and to repeal certain local acts and parts of acts relating to assessments and taxation in such county,' in relation to advertisement of notice of sale," was read the third time, having been printed and upon the desks of the members in its final form at least three calendar legislative days prior to its final passage.
