No. 43) entitled "An act to amend the Banking Law, in relation to investment companies," having been announced for third reading, Mr. Karle moved that said bill be recommitted to the committee on banks with instructions to said committee to amend and report the same forthwith to be reprinted as amended and restored to its place in the order of third reading.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to said motion, and it was decided in the affirmative.

Mr. Campbell, from the committee on banks, reported said bill amended as directed, and the same was ordered reprinted and placed on the order of third reading.

Ford et al., recorded June eighth, eighteen hundred and sixty-six, in Niagara county clerk's office in liber one hundred and six of deeds at page ninety-two, and the other from William H. Wallace, and one, recorded October twenty-second, eighteen hundred and sixtysix, in such office, in liber one hundred and ten of deeds at page seventy-eight, and providing for the disposition of the real property affected by such reservations and of the proceeds of a sale thereof."
