No. 134) entitled "Concurrent resolution of the Senate and Assembly proposing an amendment to section one of article ten of the Constitution, in relation to the eligibility of a sheriff to succeed himself," which was read the first time, and by unanimous consent was also read the second time, and referred to the committee on the judiciary.

The President presented the report of the Secretary of State of the enumeration of inhabitants of the State, made pursuant to the provisions of the Constitution.

Ordered, That the said report be printed and referred to the committee on apportionment.
