Mr. Mastick moved that the committee on finance be discharged from the consideration of Senate bill (No. 18, Int. No. 18) entitled "An act providing for the erection of a State armory in or near the village of Peekskill, the acquisition of a site therefor, and making an appropriation for building said armory," and that said bill be amended, reprinted and recommitted to the committee on finance.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to said motion, and it was decided in the affirmative.
