14 shall, upon reasonable notice, make out a statement 15 of the amount to be paid according to the foregoing 16 provisions, and shall exhibit their books and papers. 17 in verification of said statement; and upon the pay18 ment, by said city of Boston, of the sum which shall 19 be found to be payable as hereinbefore provided, said 20 corporation shall make, execute, and deliver, all such 21 deeds, conveyances, and assurances, as may be neces22 sary to invest in said city the said market, and all 23 the franchise, property, rights and privileges of said 24 corporation. 1 SECT. 5.
