McDonald Treasury be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Mary E. Brown. Payment for fish McDonald and Stephen C. Brown, owners of the McDonald hatching jars invented by Marjar and McDonald universal hatching jar, the sum of one thousand two shall McDonald. hundred and thirty-four dollars and six cents each, the same to be compensation in full for the use by the United States of all hatching jars invented by the late Marshall McDonald, and for all rights in said jars now possessed by the said Mary E. McDonald and Stephen C. Brown, and for the right of the United States to hereafter use the patents on said jars.

Mulford, late acting ensign, United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month, to be paid to his legally constituted guardian.

States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary E. W. Morgan, widow of Stokely Morgan, late lieutenant-commander, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional to the minor child of said Stokely Morgan until said child shall have reached the age of sixteen years.
