Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War C. R. Dickson. be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to correct the military rected." record of C. R. Dickson, late private, Company D, First Georgia Regiment United States Volunteers, by setting aside the finding and sentence of the court-martial of October twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, and issue to him an honorable discharge. Approved, March 28, 1902.

CHAP. 290.-An Act Granting a pension to S.isan Terry.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Susan Terry, widow of Lewis D. Terry, late of Captain McClintock's Company, Kentucky Home Guards, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William C. Flowers, late acting assistant surgeon, United States Army, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ruth B. Osborne, widow of Edwin S. Osborne, late major One hundred and forty-ninth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month.

Kurth, late of Company I, First Regiment Kansas Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

CHAP. 294.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Selden E. Whitcher. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Selden E. Whitcher. States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Selden E. Whitcher, late of Company H, Fourteenth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 28, 1902.

Daniels, late of Company G, First Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, March 28, 1902.

Hahn, late of Company H, Second Regiment California Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 28, 1902.

Stith, widow of Robert Stith, late of Company C, First Regiment United States Dragoons, Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.

States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Samuel W. Skinner, late surgeon, Fourth Regiment Connecticut Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

CHAP. 299.-An Act Granting a pension to Lue Emma McJunkin.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lue Emma McJunkin, foster mother of Walter C. Snively, late of Company D, Twelfth Regiment United States Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
