Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William H. Loyd, late of Company A, First Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 4, 1903.

Palmer, widow of Wilson P. Palmer, late captain Company G, Two hundred and tenth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.

Chain States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Rebecca L. Chambers, widow of William B. Chambers, late of Company B, Sixth Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, February 4, 1903.

Morrison, widow of William A. Morrison, late of Company K, First Regiment Alabama Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
