Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Snodgrass, late captain Company F, One hundred and thirty-ninth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

late a sergeant of Company B, Seibel's battalion, Alabama Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.

Ledyard, late of Company M, Fifth Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the minor children of said John B. Ledyard until they reach the age of sixteen years.
