Stotsenburg, widow of John M. Stotsenburg, late colonel First Regiment Nebraska Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the minor children of said John M.
