REPORT OF THE ADRIAN & STATE LINE R. R. Co., For the Year ending December 31st, 1872. Give the termini, length and line of road, connections, and other characteristics. The Adrian & State Line Railroad has its northeastern terminus in the city of Adrian, and its southwestern terminus at the State line between Ohio and Michigan, and is about 18 miles long, all in Lenawee county, Mich. It is intended to connect and consolidate with the Adrian & Detroit Railroad at its northeastern end, and with the Northwestern Ohio Railroad Company, at the southwestern terminus. There has no work been done, except engineering and negotiation. James Berry, President, and Channing Whitney, Secretary of the Adrian and State Line Railroad Company, being duly sworn, depose and say that they have caused the foregoing statements to be prepared by the proper officers and agents of this Company, and having carefully examined the same, declare them to be a true, full, and correct statement of the condition and affairs of said Company, on the 31st Day of December, A.
