Ordered, That the Clerk return said bill to the Assembly, with a message informing that the Senate non-concur in their amendments, have appointed a committee of conference, and request a like committee on their part.

A message from the Assembly was received and read, in the words following:

The conference committee appointed in regard to the matter in difference respecting the Assembly bill No. 800, entitled "An act to extend New York avenue, in Richmond county, and to provide the means there for," respectfully report:
