Mr. White, from the committee on literature, to which was referred the bill entitled "An act to amend an act entitled ‘An act to continue the incorporation of the Brooklyn Institute, to amend the charter thereof, and to consolidate the acts relating thereto,' passed April 22, 1862," reported in favor of the passage of the same, and said bill was committed to the committee of the whole.
