Section 19, line 9, engrossed bill, strike out all after the word "no". down to and including the word "any" where it first occurs in line 15. Same section and line, after the word "suit" insert the word “shall.” Same section, line 18, strike out the word "which."

Same section, line 19, strike out the words "obtain credit shall." Also, strike out all of said section after the word "writing" on line 19. The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to concur in said amendments, and it was decided in the affirmative, a majority of all the members elected to the Senate voting in favor thereof, three-fifths of said members being present, as follows:

On motion of Mr. Barnett and by unanimous consent, said bill was amended by striking out in section 1, line 6, the word "seventy-five" and inserting "fifty."

Said bill, as amended, was read a third time.
